Solution design

Engineering
With a plan in place, we help clients engineer the right solution. We work with all the stakeholders to understand the optimal technology to meet the defined objectives. We spend time at chosen venues, collaborating on designs, plans and drawings to make sure that the appropriate cost-effective equipment for a project has been selected. We also make sure that the operating model will work and will be reliable, safe and secure.
Hardware procurement
We use our experience, industry contacts and volume buying quotas to ensure hardware procurement is obtained properly, which also helps in lowering budgets. We ensure clients have appropriate software and hardware for the job. We offer a turnkey solution – ordering, tracking, shipping and testing the products. This eliminates the need for the client to order hardware, software and accessories from multiple resources.
Installation
We handle most installations by project-managing all aspects of the planning and execution of the jobs partnering with qualified and vetted companies. We have in-house by project management capabilities, and access to skilled partners, subcontractors, and affiliations to handle projects of any scope or scale. We respect the practical limits presented by venues, and understand the sensitivities of facilities such as: airports, public places, banks, busy retail sales floors and more.
Measurement & optimization
Once a network is installed and operating, we offer the insights, expertise and applicable technologies available for measurement and optimization. We work with the client to accurately understand how people are viewing content, where and when, and make the subtle or not-so-subtle changes needed to maximize the opportunity and the investment.
